I am a man, 32 years old, I weigh about 76 kilos.. I have had OCD or the same obsession for almost ten years.. and it has been almost five years that I have panic attacks, more or less.. Well, when the panic started, I went to the doctor and they prescribed sertraline tablets with clonazepam, which I took for a while and my panic got better. After some time, almost four years ago, the disturbing thoughts started again, when I went to the doctor again, I took pills for a while, I got better and I stopped them A year ago, the gas in my stomach increased so much that I wanted to belch. I had to belch very hard to be able to breathe easily. I went to the doctor and told me to take an H pylori test and it was positive. Then he gave me a bunch of pills. I didn't feel better for a few days. I went to another doctor. He said it was due to nerves and prescribed levosulprid tablets with sucralfate syrup. After a while, I gradually got better, and I didn't go to the doctor again.

About two or three months ago, gas in my stomach started again and I have to burp in order to catch my breath. I feel that the gas gets stuck in my throat in the form of a bubble and blocks my airway. The doctor prescribed me fluxetin and olanzepin along with rabiprazole and dompridone, I did not get better. I went again, another doctor prescribed me paroxetin with clonazepam and rabiprazole and dompridone, but I did not get better

I went to another doctor again and said that the same medicines are good, just take paroxetin twice, of course, he lowered the mg, but with another pill, my stomach did not get better. I went again, another doctor gave me some strange medicine, I was scared so I didn't take it I went to another doctor again and said if it's because of my nerves, I once took sertraline and I got better for panic. He gave me sertraline 50 with clonazepam 0.5 and propranolol 10 ml for 14 days now. During this process, I took several tests..H pylori test

Thyroid test Kidney test sonography One was urine I don't know what the blood test was Everything was fine Even H pylori was negative Just added antioxidants to medicines with vitamin E tablets But now I am very annoyed I also feel that there is a lot of gas in my stomach, it all comes up, my airway becomes blocked , and I have to belch, and I belch with difficulty so that I can breathe properly. I used to go to the gym, it's been about a month now that I can't go to the gym anymore because I get very tired and the stomach gas increases during exercise and I get short of breath.

What's my problem ? What is my illness?

Is it from stomach or mental?

What should I do?

There are not specialists doctors in my country to get help.

Maybe I missed some small things and did not write

Hi Ahmadi32, I've been where you are at one time many years ago.

I guess I was fortunate when seeing a Gastroenterologist that he saw

me chewing gum. He asked how many sticks of gum did I chew in one day?

He told me that between my anxiety and chewing multiple sticks of gum,

I was swallowing a lot of air causing air bubbles to fill my upper stomach.

It caused me distress as well as having trouble expanding my diaphragm.

I was told to lay off the gum chewing and come back in 2-3 weeks. The gas

bubbles had gone down. I'm not a doctor but just going by my own experiences

hoping any little bit may help you find an answer. Keep us informed. We care :) xx

You are very welcome. I also had a Swallow Test done which showed

nothing blocking the airway. When we suffer from Anxiety, it affects

both the mind and body. Please don't give up. An answer is out there

for you. My best :) xx
