I was feeling so much better for a week but I think I'm starting to feel really bad again. I feel super drowsy, dizzy, nauseous and anxious. I was gluten and dairy free when I was feeling ok but I ate fast food a couple times, maybe an allergic reaction is causing me to feel bad. But I'm back to not being able to do anything.

So sorry this is happening. Have you been told you have food allergies? If you think it would help maybe look into allergy testing. Also in time you’ll learn how to cope and make it through. I’ve had to learned I probably won’t ever be cured from anxiety but I will have the tools to get through it. Hope you start feeling better soon.
