I am pleased to report some good news (always with some trepedation that I'll jinx it), but I've slept the last two nights! I'm following this program called Put Insomnia to Bed, and I've got a long way to go, but I'm feeling some encouragement. Also been on a higher dose of my Viibryd since Friday, which may also be helping. I'll take it!!!! Blessings to you all.....

hey, that is great news to share! I love your positive attitude. It’s important to celebrate the little victories. Hope you find that they lead to big ones.
I think so. My insomnia and anxiety seem to be all about the future, and my depression connected to the past.....so when I can't sleep, that's me worrying about something that's upcoming that I think I can't handle, or something from the past I can't let go of. It's not a logical thing.....I think it's more of a habit or pattern of thinking. There's an 8 week program I'm doing on line right now called "Put Insomnia to Bed." It's free and you kind of work at your own pace.....it's called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, so there's lots of info about sleep and how to train yourself to sleep better. Hope this helps!
