Parents breaking boundaries

What is your experience if you have one of parents breaking your boundaries? My brother and sister and law went no contact with them because they are so toxic. My dad is a narcisst and I'm starting to think my mom is too. Although my dad is far worse and has done things I don't even know if I wanna forgive him ever. I tell them when they text me to not say I am theirs. They are always like 'how is my "name"'. A lot of people think I should go no contact but I just don't know what to do and wish there will be another way. I also fear going no contact but that shouldn't be a reason not to do it. I am really struggling with this and if you have parental struggles I'm with you and don't hope to triggeranyone. Thank you for any advice is appreciated.
