Thought I'd share some artwork with you. went to an 'Art Therapy' Class to heal and ease my troubled soul. Their motto is Find your Calm. I am definitely finding my calm

I definitely work on stuff like that when I have the time. I have some beautiful sunrise and sunset photos right now.....just haven't transferred them from my phone to my laptop

Lovely blend of abstract colours Mizzou, you can really lose yourself in art; especially when you just allow yourself to go wild and pour your emotions into it as well. I paint with watercolour and acrylic but I’m also trying digital art as I can just sit there with my iPad and don’t have to spend time setting up or tidying (it’s also easier to undo mistakes.

I like to think of this as me walking out of the fog of my depression alongside my wife.

I love it....it helps me focus....Sometimes i beat the darkness.....sometimes the darkness beats me.....i keep fighting

Good for you. Activities like this can bring a lot of peace and joy. I'm looking for stuff like this myself. Art is one of the things I am doing.

Nice work. You should pick a favorite and get it framed just for yourself. Hang it up.

I absolutely love this! I want to get into art. Not much of a painter. I love diamond painting, though.
