My landlord and his wife, he uses as a servant, are in my kitchen making noise, scaring me. I don't think they will let me use the kitchen

I am terrified. Im just covered through the head in my bed, locked and scared. Im hungry but i can't go there. I need to move out. But idk who will help me with my stuff and whether the landlord will return me my deposit

So i presume you are living in a shared house,sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't ,so i suggest you find a place of sole occupancy ?
