I feel like no matter what I do, I am always finding something to worry about in every situation in life. It has led me to feel regret towards not enjoying my past more, and it’s not as simple as just “enjoying my life.” I worry about not having a house, not having kids, not being married, because at my age it feels like I should have hit these milestones already.
My worries are almost always somehow associated with my age and I would really appreciate some feedback, support, understanding right now…

Hi there and welcome to this community! No feedback from me at the moment. Support yes. I hate excessive worrying. You are not alone in these feelings.
I am sorry! Worrying is not fun, but sometimes we insist on worrying a lot even though it causes us despair. I remember that I worried a lot for many years about my present and my future and about depression affecting me so much that I couldn't have some typical things of people my age. Therapy helped me a lot, but also in the Bible Jesus spoke about worrying and commanded us not to worry but instead to trust God and live with faith in Him. It does appear that worrying is a choice. But I understand that we want blessings in our lives and that it's not that easy to deal with situations that are not ideal. I recommend that you pray to God about your feelings and worries. I'm sorry about what is happening in your life and the sadness you feel! Unfortunately, there are others who suffer in different ways. Some people wish they had the life that we have. May God bless us a lot!
I hope that you feel a lot better soon. It's not easy to not worry and for some of us it's hard to just trust God and leave all things in His hands. I am praying that God will help you. Yesterday I read a sign that says, "Worry less. Pray more." Please, God, help us every day!
sorry your going thru this. I’m 40 year old female that could relate to this. I don’t even have friends anymore. Regret kills me each day… tv and calling hotline helps
