Having a rough day... but got an email from Safari West in Santa Rosa saying a baby rhino 🦏 was born made me smile. Now to convince my husband to go once the baby is out for the public to see.

I know it; having a hard time over here too. I can’t stop thinking about stressors. I won’t give myself a break because they are intrusive triggering thoughts I don’t know if I can help it, you know?

Definitely can relate... I have a horrible tension headache that won't go away because I keep stressing over stuff... a lot that I can't control, so I really shouldn't let them get to me... but can't.
