The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead.
This is one of my favourite lines. Distraction is only way I could find while coping anxiety and depression. Day by day am worsening and can’t tell anyone. Have it happened to you that you became introverted because you were completely being ignored in childhood or nobody gave damn about you?
Anyways am tried, I don’t know of what but i am. Can’t even express anything. ;-;

Yes I became introverted, I've been ignored and written off. Your not on your own Redfox9.
Well that’s depressing. I heard this today…So much of our individual idea of happiness is about expectations. It was brilliant when airplanes could fly the Atlantic in 7 hours. Now we whine when there is 20 minute delay. There is so much to unpack about happiness in this podcast. Just leaving it here.
I do understand this feeling. I don’t think being an introvert is a bad thing at all. I feel it gets a bad rap but it’s about being comfortable in your own skin to be happy on your own. I think happiness comes when you don’t have expectations of others and you begin to accept yourself and your wonderful qualities that you have. Mental illnesses sadly put a big black cloud over that happiness and depression can lie to you. Have you ever listened to self esteem audiobooks? I can recommend some if you wish.
Yeah you can share some audiobooks, it will be grea.Am feeling good now, just sometimes mind wanders and start thinking in wrong direction. Anyways thanks for the thoughts, it will surely help me.
