I haven’t had a panic attack in 4 years and all of a sudden a strong one came on like a thunderbolt. It seems that it always comes on after my birthday. I realize I am getting older and I don’t have a lot to show for my life. My Dad got sick when I was starting college so I had to drop out and start working to help the family take care of him. When he passed I moved my mother in with me to take care of her. I have never been married and don’t have children. I feel like all I do is go straight to work and come home and be a caregiver at night. I don’t have people to talk to so I am putting it out here.

Bless your heart. I know it’s got to be scary going so long without an attack, and then get hit with one. Seems like we can never really prepare for it even though we know we have the disorder. Praying for you and hoping this calms down for you. You are never alone. If you need any words of encouragement we are here for you ❤️
I have experienced the same thing of working and taking care of a parent before my mom passed. I is one hard thing to do but that just shows what a caring person and unselfish person you are.
