First day taking 50mg of my Zoloft. Anxiety has been bad the last few days so my doctor wants me to increase. He says it should help a lot. I just don’t want increased anxiety from this increase… I have my Clonazepam .5mg and Hydroxyzine 50mg for emergencies.

Did you discuss your fears with your doctor?

Yes. He said the increase to 50mg will help.

Try to continue with the increased dosage; remember it takes time to adjust. If the increase is effective, you may not need the other meds as much. If the side effects are intolerable call your doctor.
