Munzir-I am so sorry to hear about the struggles. While you may think we have it wonderful in the US and UK, it isn't what you think. Hey, you have access to the internet where most third world countries do not. Personally, I spend every dollar I have for medical care as I have to fly all over the country. So no, first world countries don't have all happy and OK people in them. My husband divorced me in a state where my kids are trapped. I had to move across the country. I lived in and out of cars and friends homes for a year trying to figure out how to get to my kids. I also had to work as I was the breadwinner. Please do not down play what people are going through here on this site. I am on this board because I was given a terminal diagnosis and am terrified about what will happen to my family. My body is physically a mess. Just 5 years ago, maybe I was living some version of a dream. So no, I don't accept the comment that EVERYONE in the UK and US live in bliss. I have friends in third world countries and yes, it is hard, but we are all human lives with value.

As the other member replied it is not all a bed of roses here. There are many people who have gone through what you have in your country. Losing a job, losing family members, lack of understanding, being scammed by a con, etc

I imagine it's everywhere. The " American Dream" is what we all strive for but we don't all get there,
