Feel Panic Attack Coming

I know exactly how you feel . I Experience anxiety most of my life But recently I've had some health issues come up. Im having full blown panic attacks Everyday. To top it Off, I have a phobia about taking any prescriptions,

It's time to switch that fight or flight switch OFF. When you start feeling your very first tinge of nervous or uneasy, start blowing air out your mouth ( you don't have to force it out hard ) until you can't no more. You then will be forced to inhale deeply. Repeat this until you begin to feel relaxed because you will. By doing this breathing you are turning off that fight or flight switch in our brain or in one of the glands in our body. Shutting it off tells the mind that everything is fine here,. No need to get hyped up. It works like a charm,. Promise.
