I'm getting jittery and scared so I know a panic attack is coming. I'm trying to fight it, but I'm failing.🤢

The anxiety and phobia workbook has a chapter ( 4?)that explains exactly what is happening in your body when you feel this way. I found it very reassuring to know that anxiety and panic are not Harmful, and you can use the self-talk suggested In the book to help you ride the wave. Remember, this too shall pass.

It is harmful when they are accompanied by not being able to breathe or when I laid down my bike doing 45mph because I froze.
