Anxious, panicked, sick feeling
You're grieving dear. I'm so sorry for the loss of both your mother
and father-in-law. Only time can help lessen the pain. Seeking help
from a therapist can give you some comfort and ideas in how to address
your anxiety, your panic and your sick feeling. Losing loved ones brings
up the raw emotions in all of us. We are here to support you as well xx
Thank you so much for the kind words. My mother who passed said she was worried about me and how I would take her passing. I told her I would be fine and that she was the best mother a son could ask for. Well I guess she was right it definitely has affected me a year after. I'm gonna be strong for her. I just gotta get myself back to normal. Losing her and my father in law has been rough. I lost my twin brother back in 99 and that still hurts.
Oh my you lost your twin as well? I am so truly sorry.
We all grieve in our own way and in our own time.
I remember when my father died suddenly in an accident in
the home I grew up in. I was able to keep my composure during
the wake and funeral. Not long after, I went into a 2 year grieving
period with the help of a therapist, I was able to gently get through
the grieving. My thoughts are with you.
