Anxiety Attack Music Video

I recently started having anxiety attacks (or panic attacks I’m new to it idk which they are) and I co-wrote a song that to me is about a situation I’m in and how I’m currently I. It and how it’s affecting me. I’m making a music video for it and I wanted it to show me having an anxiety attack. Nota real one just me acting out the stage I go through when I’m having one. Would that be wrong? I just feel that best describes how this situation has affected me and how I haven’t overcome it yet. But would that be bad of me to do?
