I found this quote the other day and loved it. I've been struggling with depression the last week. So it really hit home for me, and I wanted to share it with all you beautiful strong humans who are fighting so hard each day just to get through the day. I want yall to know that you are so strong and amazing, please dont feel guilty or ashamed. Depression is so hard to deal with. But I promise better days are coming! Sending love and hugs to yall! Thank you for posting this, I'm struggling as well, ups and downs. It does feel like there's no way out. But I heard this another day, that fisherman never knew if they could catch any fish or not before every sail, but they still go for it. I sometimes don't want to go on because I don't see any "fish", but sometimes we have to move on to catch "fish", or just the possibility of it... it may not be the best way to put it but hope you understand what I mean. We can get over this, just keep going on **Hug**
