I'm just so sick of myself, I feel like I'm burdening everyone with this schedule I've made for myself but whenever I say I'm going to change, I don't.

Welcome to the group here, hope you find it helpful for you. You don't say if you are but if you're not you would probably benefit from working with a therapist and even being on medication to help you at least temporarily which the therapist can prescribe for you. They could help you in understanding why you are sabotaging yourself and how to overcome it. You might also spend some time on youtube researching it, i'm amazed at how much good info is on there now.
Sounds a lot like my schedule to be honest..I barely managed to get out of bed and eat most days, I sleep a lot and I just lay in my bed all the time not doing anything or going anywhere. It's because I'm so scared of my anxiety and never knowing when I'm going to have another panic attack 😔
And I cry a lot because I'm just so frustrated, feeling like I'm making no progress at all. This site has helped a good bit for me, as I'm sure and hope it will for you too. I'm here anytime you want to talk, you are not alone
