Anxious About School

I'm in my first semester of community college and I'm trying to finish strong. I know I'll be able to. I just don't know if I'll be able to go back next semester. Ever since I started going to college, my mental health has taken a series decline. Now, I'm eating my feelings; having obsessive, anxious thoughts; distancing myself from people; and having crying spells. It's not easy to admit but there are just some things I cannot handle right now. I wish I could. But I have to be realistic about my ability to succeed in these circumstances and start prioritizing my mental health. Can anyone here relate?
