Hello everyone,It's my first time posting, nice to meet you all 🙂
I'm really struggling with depression and anxiety right now.
My mood is so low, I've lost my enthusiasm and joy in doing things, I feel so anxious that when I go out, I feel panicked and get all the awful symptoms of panic.
Has anyone got any good coping mechanisms for depression and anxiety?
I would be really grateful for some guidance?

turn it into a poem or sit there and write everything that is bothering you and when your done tear it to shreds and those problems seem to die down to a more controllable size
