Sertraline, whats next?

I am trying to decide where to go next from sert - buspar combo. I want to lose weight.

Sleep has been ok, but still have too many head things happening. And I get aggravated from drowsiness and dizziness.

I got off sertraline several years ago due to weight gain. Went on fluoxetine. Didn’t gain weight on it (it’s supposed to be weight neutral drug), still trying to get those pesky pounds off!
