I get that way too sometimes when I’m feeling irritable. It’s important to think before you speak to some people. It’s better to vent to someone you know is a good listener.

I know exactly how you feel. It seems like I am always on edge and angry. It is very frustrating. I've been trying guided meditation which helps.

Hi Blukitty, I need to try that. Do you just do a google search?

Yes, I'm sure a Google search would have results. There are many on YouTube free. There are also a few apps.I use an app called Calm which I get a paid subscription included in my healthcare.
