This is one of the things that sensitive persons more or less have to think about. When it comes to family members maybe you are not that sensitive because you already know them and you do not exaggerate your emotions. But when it comes to strangers, they have tonkniw their place and you have to know your mental limits. So instead if hating someone all your life you have to be observant and go away or fight for your rights otherwise the option is to hate, but that does not help anything so again the environment is important for people with mental illness.
So I do not like to hate even if I do that, but my problems are usually possible to solve in a normal good way so in my life there are no place for hate or haters which will make me feel bad and have nothing to come with, those people should know themselves, otherwise things will get even more complicated unfortunately.

• Anger is an emotion brought about by offended pride or ego, or physical pain or anything that has wronged someone.
• Hate is a condition wherein anger has never evaporated but allowed to continue and fester. It is an intense dislike over someone or something.
• Anger is not hate but hate requires anger and fear to develop.
• Anger is temporary but hate could be permanent.
I read Sophie's Choice many years ago (the book not movie) which described her father going from fear of not being able to provide for his family to anger to hate of the Jews. He died of hate. He passed shame of being alive to Sophie. That was fiction but I believe it is true to life. There are a lot of people who hate people unlike themselves right now and it leads to really ugly illogical behavior. We saw it clearly on Jan, 6th. I fear where it is going. I think you can pass hate to other people like a virus. That is what Hitler was so good at.
I think stories enlighten us... in Handmade's Tale in later seasons June's anger evolves into hate. June was treated horribly and has every right to be angry... it can feed you with energy and fight which can be beneficial... but it is hate that is eating her alive. That's one conflict in that story. No I don't think hate is a good thing.
