It's OK, I do that some times too. (probably more than I want to lately)

I’ve felt those feelings before. It is more like shame. What pulled me out was Brene brown. We all have our own journey but have you read any of her books?

there is a free or cheap self guided program on her website. There are also workshops online and off. My therapist did some training with her. Good stuff
