You are not a monster. Anxiety and depression can make you feel like you are. But they are both liars. Negative self talk can really bring you down. Makes healing from depression and anxiety hard.

But lets look at some things you have accomplished no matter how small or big it was. You still got out of bed today! Thats a W. You went to work? Another W. Made yourself lunch or bought lunch which meant interacting with people to some degree? Thats a W. Reaching out here? Thats a W.

You are great! You are not a loser. Far from it. Next time you're brain starts saying negative thoughts about you. Tell it to shut it or you'll stab it with a Qtip 😂 Ooh heres another W...you are still here. Thats awesome 👍🏽
