Does anyone find that there depression can not only swing up in down my the minute but it is also in time blocks? For instance I might be super depressed and mood swinging for 3 weeks then feel better for one week and so on.
Also am I the only one that need someone to talk to and help with anxiety but am too damn anxious and scared to face anyone? Like I have a panic attack about talking to someone face to face.

Your feelings are valid. I get mood swings. I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I get really depressed and then I will switch to mania where now I feel a little too happy. It’s very misunderstood by people what I have. And no, I don’t mess around with alcohol or drugs!!! Some people assume that I do. Some people really don’t understand at all.
