So life is going good for me but things are too good that I'm just waiting for something bad to happen. So here's what's up with me as of lately.... I have this great boyfriend he is kind sweet considerate and I could honestly see myself marrying this guy. I have this great new job at the post office sorting mail. where I have great health benefits for me and my family. My daughter is growing up fast and she is so smart and learning new things everyday . But I'm anxiously waiting for the shoe to drop and everything inn my life to go to hell it always does soon or later. like this new job I worry I wont be able to do it or work the hours they tell me to work I'm on the 9:30 to 5:00 am shift and I fear it will kill me and I would get to stay at my boyfriends house on weekends I have all these worries of course I never voice them but they are always there. what do I do and most importantly do I talk to my boyfriend about my worries

Hi. I am glad that your life is going well! That is wonderful! Easier said than done I know, but I would enjoy the good times and not consciously wait for the other shoe to drop. Life is too short for that. It is up to you what you discuss with your boyfriend.
Try to enjoy the good. I think we always wait for the other shoe to drop when we've been beaten down in our lives. So savor the good times. They help when the shoe falls.

It can be the small thing or a big thing . It helps your mind focus on postive things and gives the negatives less attention .
In regards to talking to your boyfriend . I do think it's important have honest communication , but if you find it too hard to talk to him maybe talk to someone else or write down how you are feeling as it saves yourself constantly going over the same thoughts in your mind .
