house viewers cancelling before viewed one 😂look at the bus shelter lazy People would it bother you if no front parking

my house is in lovely location over looking park but I can't sell it even tho reduced by fifteen thousand from the valuation price enoughs enough I'm hoping to rent it has anyone had this problem with a bus shelter the bus isn't even running

Hi M, what a lovely view, you’d think that would sell the house, it’s not as if the bus shelter is being used is it , I know you’ve spoken to the council. but have you got in touch with your local MP perhaps they might help if you explain how it’s affecting your house sale. 😘

Hi M yes they contacted council all they said was restructuring routes and will move some shelters but only have certain funds xx

We are fine here but have a lot going on at present with looking for a new house and one friend says we will get something when we are ready!

Last Saturday I was full of anger and resentment over the house situation and thankfully I had booked swimming for 1pm so I put down the house search things and got off the computer and had gone for swimming at 1pm and had felt loads better afterwards!

At work they have had colleagues in tears as they had a go at one for not socialising with other members of staff, another cried as someone was rude to her, one cried because they wouldn't change her hours and we're unkind about it, one cried as things were building up and she got stuck in traffic which had been the last straw!

Back in June they had me in tears over the unkind way they dealt with me when I made that mistake but thankfully I have got my confidence back now!

Drew the chap with the Netherland dwarf has got himself promoted and I am glad for him but was sorry for another colleague who didn't get the job who has a dog that gets birthday parties same as Baby!

Baby is great and still getting spoilt with her Monday treats!

How are you and Dylan getting on?

Sounds like they give everybody a hard time at that place. We're both ok. Dyls been in one of his chewing moods this week- nothing is safe when he gets started 🙄 I'm deciding what to do with the kitchen as it's such a mess and very old. I dont want to replace it completely as it's not worth the cost. I thought about painting the cupboard doors but some are chewed at the bottom (guess who lol) . I'm looking at replacing them . I'll just have to keep Dyl out of the kitchen when they're done 😁

I'm sure we will get something when we are ready at the right time for us!

A couple of weeks ago management had tried to get into my business but I told them I would call them over if I needed anything!

Like I said to the colleague who had the miscarriage you don't have to tell anyone anything if you don't want to and extended the courtesy to myself as yes you aren't obligated to tell anyone anything!

Many years ago I was 16 and had for myself a boyfriend and the bitchy girls at school had pestered me wanting to know if I had had sex with him just to spread gossip round the place and I had walked away and myself and my friends had gone to the form teacher who was nice and said about those girls and he had said how that was none of their business what I did with boys and how I don't have to tell anyone anything of I don't want to and said how the girls ought to grow up and they had received a telling off for that as well!

Yes thanks been near the lake it's always cooler in park in shaded areas, I'm working on front a bit soon in the shade, I have a viewer tomorror morning lol hope he doesn't cancell, as your niece who rents got landlords insurance my sister is with legal and general I'll have to turn my electric back on and start paying bills again as need few things done in order to rent gas safety check electric but I had a electric check last year I need a certificate tho I think for renting the gas is just a boiler service, I need couple ball catches on doors too and the cooker gas pipe needs sinking under floor 🙄

That could be what's putting people off - worried about who might hang about in there . We get them in our estate where they can't be seen, behind a load of shrubs. I'm always going out picking up litter they've left 🙄
