Hi everybody. I am drawing pictures. It calms me by keeping me busy. What do you do to calm yourself?

There is more and more data supporting the benefits to mental health and well-being by doing positive and constructive things like art, etc. ....I paint... it's my Zen place when I am putting color on canvas. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, I do it for me... and it makes me happiesher.

I like to read, do research home farming, frugal living and budgeting. I also like doing things around my small homestead. Every now and again I do get to go to historic places and just walk around and take pictures.

Coloring :)

I too do art. It helps me not feel depressed, although I haven’t done much of it in the past month.
