That's great news!! Yeah your blood pressure was high from throwing up and being anxious of dying. Your blood work looked funky to you as does mine to me. Don't read to much into the highs and lows the doctors look at the whole blood work not just specific numbers. Like I am over weight and my glucose was 108 but I am not diabetic or borderline because 45 minutes before my blood work I ate a KFC famous bowl. Numbers to a doctor can mean different than to us a little high like my 108 is different than if my high was like 180 or 210. Like they said to me the speed limit is 60 and I'm in a minivan going 64 he's going to watch me to see if I swerve or not use a turn signal but here comes this red farari speeding up at 110 oh he's going after that one. They know a minivan from a farari trust that. You did good you got yourself to a safe place and they took care to run the tests. You are safe and you just proved it to yourself. Gentle hugs Adam and I hope you can get to a higher place above anxiety and panic!

You absolutely have to trust them on the blood work. Many times numbers can be out of range, but it has not significance of any kind.Try to enjoy the fact that you had normal blood tests. That is a very good thing.

You will come through this, Adam, you won't feel like this for ever. When you break the circle of fear causing symptoms causing more fear causing more symptoms causing more fear etc then all these false symptoms will disappear never to return.

You are in good physical health, you are intelligent and show great courage, you will survive this bad patch.

You know in your heart it's all anxiety but your mind won't let you believe it because your nerves are jangled by old and new traumas. Remember, first come understanding and reassurance.

Hi Adam

Why did you think your blood work looked funky?

I was wondering how you made out. Please accept the word of the professionals and let go of the health issues. The anxiety is what you need to address even though it’s not fun. You will get through this! Know and accept the sensations are NOT physically based. If you can do that, over time you will come to feel them and sort of float with them. Without that resistance, the chemicals in your brain will settle down and reduce these sensations You can do this Adam!
