start looking for reasons to be calm, think of ways to get calm,

look for reasons to be happy, think of what will make you smile or laugh

look for reasons to be grateful, think of what you have in life that is of worth to you and be grateful.

This morning I meditated to create calm / Time with Coco in the Summertime / Family is well

Great post Starrlight...I laugh at myself and the funny things I do.

When I look in the mirror, I smile at the lady looking back at me lol

And each and every day I find yet another thing I am grateful for

in my life.

I meditate and breathe in Peace & Calm...and joy fills my heart.
