I know I am negative I do not know how to be positive anymore it’s so sad and I’m sorry. I guess I don’t even try anymore. Do you guys know of any actually getting through something like this. All these crazy sensations the constant panic the weird symptoms feeling like they’re dying. I’m going to start losing the people that mean so much to me in my life if I don’t get my shit together. The Chiari malformation was the toping on the cake last week yeah I do too much research on how I’m feeling but it’s scary to constantly feel like your brain is fighting everything it feels like I’m in hell. I’m depressed I’m anxious I’m tired of the weird dizziness the now lightheadedness random pains random the random sweating hands tingles the crying the impending doom brain zaps being so hyper aware of my body my heart doesn’t even race anymore when I’m anxious it’s so weird. I don’t want to continue living like this I want to move around again I want to be active I don’t want this to kill me. I’m just tired of being in pain. It’s so intense. This never felt like the normal anxiety. And I really do feel like the buspar did more harm then good

I completely understand how you feel. I'm very negative. I would love to be the happy go lucky girl I used to be.

My sense from the people who have been taking anti depress. anti anxiety meds for a long time is too sort of juggle until one works. One is better off positive in looking for one.

I am trying buspirone along with sertraline, and it seems to relax, but i am also feeling a little depressed, with less left over anxiety from the sert.

In studying busperone, I found out it was meant to replace benzies. So maybe benz would work better in this case. For me, I hope the busp works, but can try another combination.

You indicated the neurologist appointment was quite soon. I would ask him if any of your general bodily symptoms are related to the chairi Malformation. You also want to see what if any treatment is needed. Before you go make a list of all questions you want to ask. Check if any SSRI or other psychiatric medication is a problem. Ask him when you should see him again and also how to best get in touch with any further questions. I am hoping this visit will help to lessen your anxiety. After you have dealt with the Chairi Malformation, you will be able to move forward in dealing with you general anxiety and bodily feelings.
