I took this on one of my walks by the river. I couldn't get any closer as the swan was ready to defend its baby.

I have had a trip out to the seaside today after looking at a place I was interested in so decided to have a pub lunch and make a day of it and really enjoyed it.

I hadn't been to Penarth the town I visited today since the March of 2021 just before my father died.

What about the smaller towns off the beaten track say like Swanage which is really nice?

Unfortunately It's a long way from me as I'm near London, and I can't drive 🤗 The nearest we have is probably in Suffolk but even thats quite a distance.

Nearest seaside is hornsea by car half hour bit we don't have car only go when family take us, scArbouroughs about hour half by car, pixies asleep he meows when wakes he isn't allowed out too hot, he's only eating sardines with water 🙀

Every year I can't wait for the shrubs along the edge of my property to flower. They give me a sense of beauty when I don't feel that way myself.

I tried planting roots and stem of roses this year but I didn’t keep up with watering so nothing grew do you think I can still have a chance to get them going this late?
