Hi everyone … I was referred to this group by my therapist as a way of finding others on a similar journey to help me with my daily coping mechanisms to deal with my anxiety. I’m a mom of two (16 & 2), married, and learning about life daily. Hope this is beneficial for me and I hope to make some great people through this portal.

Hi Willow, How are you? I struggle everyday with Anxiety and Depression. It physically hurts. My dr will do nothing else- he said it is from within. This is so hard- I deserve to be happy!!!

Your Doctor won’t do anything else or your therapist? Your therapist should be the one helping you dig deep and find out why this is all happening.

DeeWants2LaughAgain Hi Dee, sorry I wouldn't know about support groups available in your area; did you do a google research or maybe contact social services to inquire? I'm sure they can inform you or refer you to the correct place so you can get the info you're looking for. Congrats to you for making the efforts to get the help you need, we all need help sometimes
