Journal- Beginning of the End?

I started to Journal today and here is my first entry to share with you:

"30 June 2022: Feeling dazed. Unreal. As if am not normal. As if i just woke up from fainting. Could it be that there is something severe with my brain? Could something have turned inside my head? Will i become better? How will tomorrow be?- better? I will yet hope and put my trust in God Almighty."

Journaling is such a good outlet! It helps me to sort out the mess of thoughts going on up there. Thanks for sharing!

That's a great habit to create! I use a tablet to occasionally write out my thoughts, nervous or positive, or even things I want to rant about but not seem rude to others over. I hope you find as much help in journaling as I have
