Pins and needless in legs

Does anyone have any advise on how to alleviate the feeling of pins and needles in their legs? A few weeks ago my legs began to feel very restless, like they are constantly asleep and it feels like there is a great pressure in them. It's a very uncomfortable feeling.

I see you're fairly new, so welcome!!It kind of sounds like a kind of neuropathy to me. Have you had it checked out?

No, just assuming it is anxiety.

Oh, ok. You are probably right. Anxiety can sure manifest itself in strange ways...I hope the feeling goes away soon. I can only imagine how awful that must be for you.

Have you ever been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome?

If that's the problem that is going on, then there's a few over the counter problems to help with that, and help to try to keep you asleep at night.

I don't think it's restless leg syndrome as I don't get relief with movement.

OK.. My mom has bad restless leg syndrome at night, and some of what you mentioned are symptoms of what she has.

Ecclypse, you may have a B1 deficiency. These links may help understanding some symptoms and causes. Check out the other B vitamins as well. Always consult your health care professional before using any supplement.
