Anyone find swimming pools therapeutic?

We've been going to our local pool a lot lately. I'm finding it really therapeutic to swim a few laps or just move around in the water.

Going a handful of times in past summers didn't do much for me, but I'm finding that going more often has taken the edge off my depression and anxiety.

I find the pool great too. Not a member anywhere so usually go when away for a weekend at a hotel. Went regularly when l worked and lived in a small town that had a pool. I even find walking on the beach therapeutic. Paddling now and again is great too.
