I have spent the last 3 months off work trying to get a diagnosis for my symptoms. Everyone tells me I'll get there in the end but I'm so unwell I'm finding it hard to get through each day. Any tips on how to keep going?๐

Undiagnosed conditon

Hello. First of all remain calm. In my case relaxing music helps. Whenever you find yourself unwell and down, pull out those earphones and listen to your favorite song. Talking to your close ones may help as well. Feel free to open up anytime! The sensation is horrible but definally it will go away.
Thank you, right now I'm feeling afraid of the Unknown but hopeful some Dr out there has some idea. Music is a good idea especially at night and I will definetly reach out xx
Do you like music? It helps me a lot!!!!!!! I wish for you peace & joy! XXX
Having an undiagnosed situation is very difficult. Is your problem a physical one or a psychological one? Both are difficult to handle.
Hi, it started as physical but appears neurological as well, I want a diagnosis but am frightened of what I might find out so my mental health and anxiety are really dragging me down and sometimes I'm in despair as I feel ill all the time I miss my work and worrying about money. Just trying to keep going ๐
I've had multiple symptoms so Dr's are just starting to eliminate things now. For 2 months they said I had a viral infection but it's not so I feel I've lost a bit of time. Seeing a neurologist tomorrow but having to take meds to sleep at night for the first time in my life, I see I'm not the only one who can't sleep so not feeling just so alone X
Do you know why you cannot get a diagnosis?
Forgive me if I'm posting this twice, I'm new to this sorry . I've had multiple symptoms so Dr had just started to do tests to rule things out as they just don't know. It's very frightening to be the dark and I have 2 children I'm trying to look after, seeing neurologist tomorrow so perhaps a step forward
Taking a walk with a pet, a family member, a friend or even yourself with some nice music โค๏ธ this always helps me.
what are your symptoms, or would you rather not say...
i am constantly light headed and feel like I am going to fall over , it's like being on a boat all the time so I can feel sick. It's not an inner ear problem so going to neurologist today. Wondering if it's some kind of gland problem as MRI scan was clear? Really getting me down and pretty scary ๐
Have you had your thyroid tested?
I've had a general blood test which showed thyroid ok but other people have suggested asking for a more detailed thyroid test , thanks for the reminder I will look into that today
