Not looking forward to it. More dashed hopes as it is every year. I know ... it's pathetic - I'm in such a bad spot right now. I feel like I'll never be free from this.

Your welcome ! I wish I could tell you when the pain goes away ! Just make sure to keep talking to people get into therapy and consult your doctor . Watch and listen to positive things and music . Remind yourself this shall to pass and try to do things you love to do if you can . Get out and get some air and walk in nature .
