My whole mood depends on him. When things go wrong between us, I can’t function. I can’t eat, I overthink, I can’t sleep, then repeat

And there’s always this fear of him abandoning me. I think I’ll never be happy when he leaves me.

I have this mindset stuck with me that if my partner leaves me I’ll be forever miserable. He’s my first true love. He gave me the attention, love, and care I was lacking all my life.

But now he takes everything for granted, gives me the least of him and the whole pattern gets me fucking exhausting.

I want to heal from being that obsessed.
