i am extre,ely bored and lonely home alone long hours nant drive due to bad accident what do i do

Coming on here was a good move. I've been feeling a bit that way myself. Usual stuff if you feel up to it are music, Netflix, journalling. I like crosswords. I don't know if walking is possible for you. I would be hypocritical reccomending it 'cos when I'm a bit down like now I find it the hardest thing to do. People have told me even a short walk can make you feel better..iI just might venture out now for a very tiny walk. Your post has helped me.

I went for that tiny walk and found it gave me the energy to do another task. I find one movement leads onto another, but I don't know how mobile you are after your accident. I know the day can be long. I sympathise.
