you are not an electronic device that means you are going to feel tired you are going to cry sometimes its normal and it doesn't mean that today is a bad day it means that you need to give yourself a break and take a rest . and remember its normal

Do you know of any help phone numbers so I can call and actually talk to someone when it gets really bad? In the process of weaning off effexor and sometimes It helps so much to actually hear someones voice on the other end of the phone to reassure me things are going to be ok. yello123
