Hello folks…… it’s been a while since I posted here, I’ve had a few personal problems, and also had Covid which hung on longer than it should have done, but Hey! I’ve tested negative at last……. I found to help me through my anxiety and depression over the years, that listening to music helped me through it…… I used to post music on another community that’s I was in, and everyone seemed to enjoy it…. I posted some music here trying to cheer members up, but was told music is inappropiate for this community….. and was told by HU Admin to refrain from posting music or my account would be locked….. there is always someone wants to spoil the fun!
I have only eight days to go before I go on holiday(Vacation) in the Uk, no airport or ferry terminal hold ups for me.

Sorry to hear you've had a few problems, but bless you I'm also glad you've gotten over Covid, I had that and it took a few months to fully recover so I had your getting there.How lovely that your going to enjoy a lovely holiday and your going in your your beautiful car.
Some people are so miserable I for one always enjoyed your music you sent through especially my favourite from my parents Stevie Wonder I just called to say I love you, that made my day when I heard that, so it's a sname you were stopped.

Hi Don just a check in to see how your health is doing. Hope your getting along nicely. And I hope your wife is keeping well. Well the weather is still being kind to us,as I haven't felt to cold yet,so may it continue. I won't go on to much about our government, but what they are doing to the old age pensioners is disgusting, and what with the bills all going up, I hope your be. Ive just been told I'm going to be a great Aunty in May so that's exciting news as it will be the first time.

Haven’t been online for sometime, my hearing has gone, and my hearing aids are not doing any good now…. My doctor is referring me for a Cocklear Hearing implant(you can Google it)
So because of loss of hearing, I can’t socialise with anyone, and my wife is getting annoyed when I ask her to repeat herself.

Happy Sunday Veteran250. Glad you have overcome the dreaded Covid, and good to see you back. I can't understand why the powers that be threatened to lock your account if you posted music. How can it be inappropriate on this forum? I'm not saying that I would enjoy your taste in music, but people should be given the choice, I would have thought. you don't have to listen.

Hi Don. Lovely to hear from you and glad you're back. I'm pleased to hear you're now recovered from Covid. I'm just starting to get my energy back , the post covid fatigue was horrible but I feel I'm on the up. Hope you enjoy your holiday- not long to wait now.

Hi Don lovely to hear from you. I’m sorry to hear that you have been so ill plus’s personal problem. Music can have very calming affect as I had to use this method a few weeks ago for massive flare up and tremors.I hope you have a wonderful relaxing and calming holiday.🙂

Some people are just miserable though!
Back last year on one of the other boards I got accused of being bitter as I had dared to talk openly in regard to anger and resentment after my father died back last April.
At the time I was ever so upset though and one of my friends said how people like that are cowards criticising others in the safety of their own homes!
Ok perhaps what I said was bitter which I agree with but Im not always bitter though.
One genuine friend asked me recently how was I coping with anger and resentment and I said a lot better and how talking and time has helped.
welcome back don - ive never seen your music posts but im sure theyll be first class . ive had 3 admissions to hospital for the same reason which was my oxygen levels going dangerousky low
i have interstial lung disease now i have a painful wrist -tenosynivitus - inflamation of the fluid around the joint of my wrist
now the NHS are HOUNDING ME!! APPOINTMENTS HERE APPOINTMENTS THERE USING ME AS A PIN CUSHION
IN JULY IVE GOT TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF MANCHESTER FOR SOME MEDICATION & IM SICK OF IT!!!!
WORSE STILL - IM SICK OF SEEING THEM IN TROUBLE FIR THIS & THAT
