So i'm giving sertaline another go

So 2nd time a round On 25mg sertaline had pains in legs, arms & back and it feels like i have poor circulation in my hands dizzness on waking up i've been on these for a round two wks i do have however feel a little bit more engery not so tired as b4 i started these but sad feeling still i was on these for 3 months last time and i felt worse than ever so i'm hoping 2nd time will be slightly different but i'm concerned about circulation problems on these does anyone else seems to be having these issues i've got negative thoughts that these will make me feel like my old self again feel they aint giving me this happy hormone that i'm lacking i'm trying to stay on it and have an open mind but its hard when u want to just get better but dont understand why so many side effect u think the drug is doing u more harm than good
