I’m grateful for the health my family is in and for the care we give each other when one of us is down in any way. Having support and ability to give support to someone and love is everything to me. Love you guys!

Grateful that I’m finished overthinking snd stressing and I’m in a better place for now and now is all we really have.

What are you grateful for?

I am so grateful for my good days where I feel free of worry and fear. I can sit and just smile and thank God that I have days like this. I can only hope that those days will increase as they did not long ago. I’m working on my support system. It is hard to get the help I seek sometimes because of availability. But I healed before and I will keep positive that I will get there again. 😊🌷🌼

First off, let me say thank you for your post. It is good to have some positivity floating around in a place where so many of us are hurting and struggling. It is always good to take a step back and find things to be grateful for in a day. A great way to practice gratitude and mindfulness. I am grateful for this forum/platform, it has helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. Being able to have support when I am struggling, feeling like theres nowhere I can turn, nobody who understands or cares, this place, the supportive people here, have helped bring me out of a very dark place and time in my life, and has helped save my life on more than one occasion. I find strength I didn't know I had or even believed was possible just being able to connect with people who have shared their experiences and what has helped them has been a very humbling experience. It makes the process of recovery a bit more bearable. Thank you. 💜
