My friend is finally at the beach so I am happy for her.
My feet hurt less than yesterday so far
Got a lot of love from my boys today. They treat me so well. My goal is to try treating myself as well as they do. I deserve it. I don’t deserve the slams I give myself.
We went to the lake and found this guy (we will return him to the wild over the weekend.)
What are you grateful for?
I am grateful for the nice lady and her pup that Hans(my pup) & I met on our walk yesterday. Her dog wanted to meet Hansie, and he always wants to make friends. We both decided it was okay, stayed social distance & the pups got along. He was so happy, which made me forget he's sick for a bit.

I'm okay today and will start painting soon, that's my Zen thing to do. My cat is warming my feet, it's a cool day but quiet and beautiful outside. I have good days and bad days health wise, but acknowledging the good days and the good stuff I think is important, it gives others hope I think to know it's not always going to be a struggle.

Probably... you know me and the ocean... I used to think I had seawater in my veins... I was always in the ocean as a kid. And young adult all the way up to about 15 years ago I was snorkeling.
