I hope you don't mind, but I just checked your Bio to see if you were a new member. (I'm a relatively new member here, and I'm still trying to figure out who's new around here, and who are the regulars)
Obviously you're not new, but there are some things that you have in your bio that really hit home with me, that I would like to share with you down the road whenever you have time.
I too have GAD. Actually, I have severe GAD, and I lost an important mental health mentor to a heart attack years ago, that has still shaken me up, because for the longest time she had a lot of good answers for me when I couldn't see the writing on the wall, even though some of the answers looking back were quite obvious to me now.
I'm also sorry to hear about what happened to your friend in your Bio.
Finally.. One of the questions that I want to ask you. I think you may have some insight, based upon what you have in your bio.
This was a question that I wanted to ask my mentor to answer, and she basically said that "when the time was right", she'd tell me, but obviously she can't now.
Maybe you can answer what she was trying to tell me down the road. Maybe you can't. IDK. (no pressure if you can't)
Either way. I hope that you have a good day today.
