Twitchy eye

Hi guys! The past couple of days my right eye has been twitching on and off, really irritating and my health anxiety is obviously kicking in and I’m panicking 🤣 I had an opticians app less than a month ago and everything was normal! But I didn’t have the twitch at the time! I don’t drink any caffeine or alcohol and I feel like I am getting enough sleep ☹️☹️☹️☹️

It might be a spasm because i sometimes have those its nothing too be worried about although you might be lacking on vitamins I use magnesium and it helps with those twitches .

I get that a lot, think it’s muscle spasms , nothing to worry about

Omg, the same thing happen to me. It was annoying and frustrating because I couldn't get it to stop for weeks. But it finally stopped recently. I have no idea why it started or how it stopped. I wasn't too worried about it though because I didn't have any other serious symptoms.

Okay, the spasm mysteriously came back after taking my doggy for a walk outside. It was unusually hot today, and the pollen count has been high. Those are the only 2 things that come to mind that could bother me outside.

I spoke with my Dr earlier and he told me they as psychological as my kidneys are fine??? Apparently it can be something to do with them. But I’ve felt so dizzy all day since speaking to him. Unsure if that’s my anxiety or something else 😭😭😭 so drained from panicking about something new everyday xxxx
