My post is written on the introductory page. In case it didn't go through:
Recently having depression. Lymphoma since 2019. Chemotherapy infusions. Lost loved cats. Lost brother. My treatment plan is 0.5 mg lorazepam, used years ago in 2007 when both parents died. Worked. Oncologist prescribed lexapeo, an SSRI, but didn't use it based on reviews. Any comments about SSRI's?
Postchemo, I can't speak t o everyone that is on a SSRI but I am a Viet Nam Vet with cancer and other health issues and they put me on a SSRI a month or so ago. Started with a low dosage for 4 weeks then worked up to double it. I must say I think it is helping me ...they all DO take time to reach their full potential but I was ready to try anything with these night terrors and bad panic attacks. Only you know if you want to give them a try but for me they seem to be working. Good luck my friend!
SSRI's take time to work because they are kind of a bit of re-wiring hormone uptakes etcs. in the brain, and it takes longer in some people more than others. Sadly some people are immune to antidepressants.
Dont understand. I wouldn't want to, or know how to take a reply down.
It was most likely just a glitch in the system, as this has happened to me, only yesterday. I replied, it showed up and then "poof" it was gone. The site was also slow at the time.

Thanks. I assumed it was a glitch.
