hi been diagnosed this past August with generalized anxiety disorder and unspecified depression disorder. Still trying to deal with it. Lost a few friends because of it and lost my family due to an arguement over the summer. Only 2 friends actually check up on me to see how i'm doing. Feel like people pulled away with not knowing how to handle the situation or even be around when i need help with something. I'm out of a job and have no car insurance. So sick of someone saying to me you must be going stir crazy sitting in the house all the time when they know my current situation. or the other comment is that you need to get better. been seeing a clinician at a behavioral health center and a prescriber for my medication. It also doesn't help that i'm a diabetic

Welcome!
Hi, there are things you can do to aid in the management of your conditions.
Are you exercising?
since i have no car insurance i walk to the pharmacy which is just over 2 miles on way and to a convient store which is just over a mile away.
that's great - does the walk clear your head and boost your mood?
Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. It all depends on how bad my anxiety is that morning
Great - we thus know that exercise has some effect. You should maybe do something physical more often?
How is your diet?
Not what you're looking for?
